1 General Provisions & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply between the kgt99 platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms take effect from the moment you access or use the platform.

"Platform" refers to kgt99's website, mobile interface, and all associated services. "Account" refers to a registered member's personal profile. "Gaming Balance" refers to the funds deposited and available for use in an account.

kgt99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to open an account on kgt99 and participate in any gaming or betting service. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. The platform may request identification documents at any time for age verification.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited. In case of a violation, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in immediate account cancellation and any pending payments will be withheld.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. kgt99 will never ask for your password. If you believe someone else is accessing your account, contact the support team immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Only the following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on kgt99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for any method.

• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally processed instantly.
• For bank transfers, any listed bank may be used, including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or Islami Bank.
• Each deposit transaction will be added to the account after verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Account verification (KYC) may be required before making a withdrawal.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the kgt99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies are not directly accepted.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 will give the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

All bonuses are subject to a 15x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus is available when depositing via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer.
• kgt99 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without reason.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or false information will be considered fraud.
• Bonuses are for use in your own account only and are not transferable.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

kgt99 ensures that all games on the platform follow fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to maintain unbiased results.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Playing games using any software, bots, or automated systems.
• Placing bets by exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game session, kgt99 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the wagered amount. No bonuses or winnings may be claimed in such cases.

6 VIP Program & Loyalty

kgt99's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

kgt99 may review tier status at any time if the conditions for maintaining a VIP tier are not met. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback benefits.

7 Responsible Gaming & Self-Control

kgt99 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. We believe gaming should be enjoyable and not a cause of addiction or financial harm.

• Members may set deposit limits, betting limits, and session limits on their own accounts.
• If needed, contact support for temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

kgt99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity is suspected.
• If an attempt to breach security is made.

If a rule violation is proven upon account closure, earned bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled. If no rule violation is proven, the original deposited amount will be returned.

10 Limitation of Liability

kgt99 provides services on an "as is" basis. We cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical reasons.

• kgt99 is not responsible for any gaming losses caused by internet disconnection.
• kgt99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Compensation for losses in the event of unexpected technical errors may be limited.

11 Dispute Resolution & Complaints Process

In case of any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer service team first. Most issues are resolved through direct discussion.

12 General Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between kgt99 and the member and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

12.3 Language

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is definitive. In case of any conflict with a translation in another language, the Bengali version will prevail.

12.4 Changes to Terms

kgt99 may change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
